The advisory group works closely with Family Businesses to create a more clearly defined focus and differentiating business strategy that will give them a competitive advantage in the marketplace, a higher- profile reputation, and an improved ability to attract and win the clients their family business really want.

Prof Enrique Soriano, one of the principals of W+B and acknowledged as one of Asia's “Family Business Coach” in the country, has a decade of family business coaching experience and has done scores of family business workshops in the Asia Pacific region. He holds a B.A from the University of the Philippines, an MBA from De La Salle University, Doctorate Units at the UP National College of Public Administration, and pursued Post Graduate Education at the National University of Singapore Business School and Harvard University. 

Prof. Soriano likewise writes a weekly column related to Family Business in a US-based newspaper Asian Journal.
